Our Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Toolkis. This policy explains how refunds work for subscription plans and credit purchases.

Subscription Plans

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.

Credit Purchases

Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are consumed as you use premium tools. Refunds for credit purchases are generally not available once credits have been used. Unused credits may be refundable within 14 days of purchase, subject to review.

Contact us at [email protected] with your account email and transaction details. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity associated with the account.
